Our Technology
The Springblade Patch is deployed in a pre-rolled form, held under tension by shearable clamps. Once deployed, the patch is precisely positioned to cover the damaged section of tubing and rapidly expanded by a surface-controlled setting tool. The patch seamlessly conforms to the tubing ID, and the pre-applied heat-activated resin completes the sealing process. Its slim design makes subsequent patch-thru-patch deployments possible without interfering with future interventions.
Ultra-slim patch technology
3.5" - 4 layers laminate
4.5" - 8 layers laminate
6-5/8" - 5 layers laminate
Tailored made epoxy
Our epoxy adhesive, which creates a strong steel-epoxy bond and hence a robust laminate, undergoes thorough laboratory testing and qualification for each application.

The setting time of the Isealate patch is tailored depending on the application. The sealant is pre-mixed at our facility before being applied with a thin layer unto the steel sheet. The steel sheet is rolled up and secured with shearable clamps.
